It was one of the friendliest places we have ever stayed at. They were accommodating and sincere. The facilities were clean and inviting and our small family enjoyed the mountain views. We had a small balcony with a mountain view and spent a good deal of time just being outside.
Everything was great and we loved it. Our only complaint if you will was the prime rib buffet. The prime rib was overcooked and that was our only disappointment.
My husband and I stayed as a mini get-a-way. We absolutely loved the room, especially the location of the room itself. It was first floor as requested but had a little patio! The entire property was beautiful. I work for Marriott and usually stay at Marriotts when I travel, but when I'm in the No. Conway area again I'll definitly stay @ The Red Jacket Mountain View.
Did not get a chance to try the dining options.
Combination of rate, location, facilities was top notch! We will be back when we visit NH.
One problem here was that we booked a King, told we were given a queen but it was really a double bed. They did give us a free rollaway which was very helpfule but the room was very tight.
My son really loved the inside water park
We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, swimming pool, and the quality playground structures for children.
We were disappointed that our child was too short to use the indoor waterpark feature, which was our primary reason for choosing this hotel, (but this was not the hotel's fault).
The onsite bar, restaurant and indoor water park.
dining facilities and the water park for my grandson
having to walk through the dining room to access our rooms
When we pulled up we couldn't believe how beautiful the grounds were. Once we pulled in the kids were in aw. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were going to Santa's Village and wanted a place that is kid friendly and we found it. My granddaughters loved the water park, the game room and how they had different events for kids. Even my children at 31 & 24 years old said I really out did myself on picking this hotel. We are already planning next years thanksgiving weekend and everyone said the RED JACKET MOUNTAIN HOTEL. So yes we will be back.
Very friendly staff. Great for the water park.
Room was forever from the lobby. The room smelled musty.
Excellent service of all the staff.
The room was clean but too old. It needs to be refreshed.
Easy hotel for families with children: reasonable cost, waterpark, pool, good location. Great view from our room. Generous room service portions.
The kids loved the water park. The staff was very helpful and perky
The water park was a total hit, but we found it to be very expensive in addition to the rates. I also found the breakfast to be a bit expensive. The bathroom by the outdoor pool was in rough shape and very dirty. There seemed to be a lot of smokers as well by the outside pool.
Staff was friendly. Facilities were well kept. Family friendly for all age groups. Traveled with 4 girls age 11 12 and 13. They enjoyed the amenities very much
Room was nice but smelled musty. Needs a little updating.
the accommidations were very satisfactory. Dave at the front desk was very helpful especially in helping us locate a western apparel store. Food buffet was just great. Our compliments to the staff who prepared the food
children in adjoining rooms were noise. crying, running and jumping. this was the reason that we would not recommend it.
Very pretty view Very family friendly Lots of activities
I think the waterpark should have been included in the price for staying there The ac was very loud!!!! Too many doors in the hallways that opened different directions- hard for a wheelchair
